As a birth doula, I switch seamlessly between the role of supporter and witness. We will meet in the last trimester to discuss your desires, though we will take that a step further to consider comfort measures, your birth preferences, and more. My doula bag contains The Birth Deck, a set of flash cards that offers support tips for you and your partner, aromatherapy, soft lights, Rebozo scarf and more. After your baby is born I also offer support at home - breastfeeding and newborn care tips, cooking, light housework, and more. Birth doula support starts at $1250, postpartum doula support is $50/hr.

My work bears witness to one of the most life-changing and affirming days of your life. From 38 to 42 weeks, I am on call for you 24/7. We will meet in your last trimester in person, via Facetime, or chat on the phone to discuss your preferences so I make sure to respect your boundaries in the moment. When the time comes, I will join you in active labor and stay for at least an hour after your baby arrives. You will receive a handful of sneak peek images within a day or two of your birth. The remainder will be delivered within 4-6 weeks after your birth. Packages start at $1250 .

First Days and lifestyle sessions are usually from 1 to 1.5 hours. We will shoot at the hospital or in your home during the daylight hours, naturally and casually. Respecting the rhythm of your new baby, we can set up poses or capture the real family memories - the new routines, the diaper changes, bottle or chest feeding - from milestones to meltdowns.
